1.) The knowledge base

Our knowledge base is constantly expanding with new information. If you haven't already, try searching for the topic of your question in the knowledge base. If you cannot find an answer to your question, there are a few more options – message us via Intercom or send us an email.

2.) Send us a message in Intercom

Intercom is that circular green button with a smiley on it on the bottom left hand side of your screen. When you give it a click, it will open up a box. Click on "New Conversation" and type your question in the area where it says "Send a message...". We'll get back to you in under 24 hours.
